If there is one thing that we need to learn to earn,
it is respect.
Not that it matters what others think about us,
it just matters that you have the integrity to care enough to learn.
And, if there is one thing we need to safeguard once we have earned the respect,
it is humility.
It is the only thing that can bring us far.
