Footie!

This coming weekend, the 13th of September,
United will be playing against Liverpool in Anfield.

Matches against Liverpool have always been the fixtures that any football fan would naturally anticipate.

The passion, the emotion, the fervency, the appetite,
the intensity, the devotion.

You get them all in games like these.

Some History lessons for you :

The last eight fixtures between United and Liverpool.

United 2-1 Liverpool
Liverpool 0-1 United
Liverpool 0-0 United
United 1-0 Liverpool
United 2
-0 Liverpool

Liverpool 0-1 United
Liverpool 0-1 United

United 3
-0 Liverpool

See, United won seven out of the last eight.
And drew one. Lost ZERO :)
So as far as statistics are concerned, I am a little relieved.

But then, anything and everything can happen.
Statistics are always going to be mere numbers.

Nothing is to be taken for granted. Nothing have ever been taken for granted, anyway.

I am eager to see how United's line-up will be like this Saturday.
Will it be like this?

-----------Van Der Sar-----------
----Brown--Rio--Vidic--Evra------

-------------Carrick-------------
------Fletcher---Scholes-------

----Tevez------------Rooney----
------------Berbatov------------

I am no wizard when it comes to technicalities of the game, but I do know that some of United's players are injured.

And injuries are damned.
Options are narrowed.
Never a good thing.

We'll see.

So.
This Saturday.
You know what I will be doing.

And if you see me the following day talking with a sexily husky but almost non-existent voice, you don't have to ask.

It is almost definitely due to the unavoidable excessive cheering/jumping/shouting.
